How to Pre-order Are You There God? It’s Me, Menopause

Meet Julia — 51, marketing director, spiritually confused since 1973, mother of two teens, and newly minted member of the “Am I Losing My Mind or Is This Perimenopause?” club.

Julia thought she was entering her resting era. Instead, she’s thrust into the hormonal Hunger Games.

Hot flashes at staff meetings.
Crying in the Target parking lot.
Feeling invisible.
Feeling too visible.
And a marriage that is fraying quietly at the edges.

Enter the TWATS — The Women About Town — the grown-up glow-up of the middle school friends she once relied on. Now? They’re her lifeline.

What You’ll Love Inside

  • Characters who feel like your best friends (and your group chat).

  • Heartfelt, hilarious moments that make midlife feel less lonely.
